A regular coordination meeting of Alliance of European Universities “Unite!” took place within the innovative project “Green Standards for Ukrainian Universities”.
The meeting was attended by Kostiantyn KYRYCHENKO (Head of the International Cooperation Department) and Denys SMOLENNIKOV (Head of the Benchmarking and Statistics Department).
The main project aims include development of green standards for Ukrainian universities in education and research to promote sustainable, energy-efficient and environmentally friendly campuses. Besides, values are supported for rapid recovery and further European integration of our country.
The project "Green Standards for Ukrainian Universities" involves studying the best European practices, developing and piloting green standards, organizing professional development and academic mobility among students and teachers.
Apart from SumDU, 6 other Ukrainian institutions and the National Agency for Higher Education Quality Assurance are involved in the Unite community activities.
