SheLeads is not just a course. It is a community where girls find strength and support to confidently launch ideas, lead change, and inspire others.

The program was initiated by uBoost, a free educational platform that supports teenagers and young people of frontline territories and small communities in starting their own businesses and launching careers.

The project is supported by the Tokarev Foundation, a technology philanthropy that seeks to develop a resilient, inclusive, and sustainable Ukraine through technology and innovation. The foundation promotes positive social change and human capital development via innovative projects in EdTech and HealthTech. The founder is Serhii Tokarev, a Ukrainian entrepreneur and founder of the AI/ML ecosystem “Roosh” (Roosh Ventures, Roosh Circle, Reface, Zibra AI, Neurons Lab, AI HOUSE).
