Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA) announced the results of the competition 2019 in direction “Development of higher education potential” of the European Union Erasmus+ Program. Overall European Committee selected 163 projects including 8 projects with participation of Ukraine, that will commence their activity in October 2019. General budget of the projects for Ukraine is more than € 7 150 000.

One of the winning projects from Ukraine is the project participated by Sumy State University “Qualifications recognition support for Ukrainian universities 609995-EPP-1-2019-1-PL-EPPKA2-CBHE-SP”, coordinator – Jagiellonian University in Krakow (Poland). The project is aimed at development and implementation of the mechanisms of bringing the higher education degrees awarded in Ukraine to the international standards.

Again, Sumy State University has many years of experience of successful implementation of major projects in European Union programs, including the world’s biggest international Erasmus+ grant program.
