Ukrainian Defenders’ Day: Honor and gratitude to heroes

Dear employees and students!

The courage and dedication of Ukrainian defenders fill our hearts with pride, strengthen faith in a bright future, inspire us to live, create and selflessly work for the good of our Motherland.

Today, we bow our heads in sorrow before the feat of the brave sons and daughters of the Ukrainian people who sacrificed their lives for our state. With pain in our hearts, we honor the memory of students and graduates of Sumy State University. Eternal memory to fallen heroes!

Deep gratitude to those who today wear military uniforms, who steadfastly defend the Motherland from enemy encroachments. They resolutely defend integrity and independence. Among them, there are members of our university as well. This is a holiday of everyone who gives their knowledge, strength and professionalism to the state protection.

I wish peace and unity to all of us, health and harmony, unshakable faith in victory and happy future for our native country!
