The online media outlet “Sumy Channel” has released a new episode dedicated to intergenerational dialogue and the role of veterans in building modern Ukraine. The studio guest is Oleh KORNIIENKO (a veteran of the Russian-Ukrainian war and a historian). The host was Artem KRYSKO (a SumDU student). During the conversation, they discussed importance of interaction between young people and veterans, significance of passing on life experience, and shared responsibility for state future.

Special attention was given to the role of veterans in community development, formation of civic consciousness, and strengthening of society in face of modern challenges.
The meeting also addressed importance of education and university environment as a space for communication, support for veterans, and promotion of new leaders capable of working toward Ukraine’s recovery and development.
The conversation provided an opportunity to reflect on issues of responsibility, historical memory, education, and a shared vision of future, in which young people and veterans act as partners in building a strong state.
