SumDU student is the bronze prize-winner of Judo Europe Cup

On September 7^th-8^th Bratislava (Slovakia) hosted the Judo Europe Cup. The competition was participated by 384 sportsmen from 34 world countries, including the student of the Medical Institute of Sumy State University (major “Sport”) Hevorh Manukian. Hevorh held 5 fights in the weight category up to 81 kg and won 4 of them. He only lost to a sportsman from Belarus Yusup Bekmurzaiev in the semifinal. But the failure didn’t break Hevorh’s mood. In the fight for the 3^rd place he defeated his team fellow Eldar Panhini and won the opportunity to be on the pedestal of honor.
