Congratulations of the Sumy State University rector on the Knowledge Day and new academic year start

Dear students, lecturers and employees!

I sincerely congratulate our large university family on the Knowledge Day and new academic year start.

Humans study during their whole lives. However, it is students’ professional skills acquired at university that is a treasure to succeed in career.

This year, the extended admission campaign makes us begin the study process not simultaneously for students of different academic years. In spite of the current military situation, Sumy State University keeps living, developing and proceeding to high goals. First of all, I am glad to see preliminary admission results: there is budget place increase by a third (in contrast to the previous year). I believe that new proper members will join Sumy State University. I thank you, dear freshmen, for your choice. Our university will open wide prospects for you. Here, you will obtain deep knowledge and research skills. There will be opportunities for art and sport development as well as vistas of foreign academic mobility.

Also, on this Knowledge Day, I express my acknowledgements to our lecturers for flawless educational work and intellectual arming of the young generation.

Dear colleagues, in this academic year, I wish you success and great achievements for our native university and Ukraine!

If we are armed with knowledge, nobody can defeat us!
