Two SumDU student projects won the GlobalLogic Education initiative

The GlobalLogic Education team held the initiative “IT Pet Project Student Competition”. Here, students of 15 Ukrainian universities demonstrated their software products. The best participants were awarded modern laptops.

Among 7 winners, there were two SumDU students: Yehor HASHKODIOR (the Bavovna Android application to adjust shelling) and Maksym TYMCHYSHYN (the Otaku application to translate anime into Ukrainian and adapt it).

“We are proud of Ukrainian resilience. In spite of the war, we are amazed at the Ukrainian youth that keeps studying and researching for society development. Students make products to track vitals, automate facilities, check schedule changes and resist the Russian aggression,” – said the initiative organizers.

The GlobalLogic Education team thanked all students and universities for the talent and IT rise.
