Vasyl Karpusha outlined the priorities of SumDU development

The rector of Sumy State University Vasyl Karpusha in the first interview in his new position, which he gave to the "Vidikon" TV channel, expressed his vision of the further development of the university, which enters the world's leading rankings, and shared his short-term plans.

Vasyl Karpusha noted that the university is successful, so the main task at this stage is to ensure the succession and continuation of the existing management model under the motto "Education, Science, Culture, Development."

Among the strategic plans, the rector mentioned obtaining the status of a research university in the near future and further internationalization.

The Head of the university also spoke about scientific achievements, international cooperation, grant projects, academic mobility, and internships abroad, as well as relations with employers. The rector also highlighted the strong sports base available at the university, the achievements of athletes at the national and international competitions, promoting the development of creative abilities of students.
