SumDU members and their colleagues discussed gender education issues

To reflect its best practices, the Alliance of Ukrainian Universities held the seminar “Education: Gender Dimension”. It took place at Sumy State University.

The SumDU speakers were Nina SVITAILO (head of the Coordination Center for Humanitarian Policy) and Yuliia SAVELIEVA (coordinator of the Gender Resource Center). There were also representatives from Kyiv Taras Shevchenko National University, Kyiv School of Economics, Dnipro Polytechnic National University, National University of Water and Nature Management, etc.

The main alliance tasks are exchange of the best practices, preparation of grant applications. It represents the Ukrainian academic community in America and Europe. Also, the role of universities in Ukrainian recovery is raised.
