SumDU succeeded in the QS Sustainability Rankings

For two years, the Quacquarelli Symonds agency defines the best universities who overcame economic, social and management challenges.

Today and for the first time, Ukrainian institutions are indexed by the QS Sustainability Rankings 2024. SumDU holds the second national position. It belongs to the European top 300 and the world top 750 universities.

The main QS ranking focus was the external university activity: ecological resilience, environmental education and research, equality and employment of graduates, population welfare, knowledge exchange, etc. The latest ranking methodology emphasizes the efficiency and transparency of institution management. Here, the SumDU grade is the highest.

Totally, the QS Sustainability Rankings 2024 included 1403 universities worldwide. Among Ukraine, there were 8 institutions.
