A SumDU team (consisting of Yurii ZUBAN, Oksana SHOVKOPLIAS, and Anna NENI) took part in a meeting with the DigiUni project management group. The title is “Digital University – Open Ukrainian Initiative”.

The participants discussed key aspects of project implementation:

• Rules for developing online course content on a shared platform;
• Organization of training for teachers and staff;
• Course quality assurance procedures.

The ERASMUS+ project (No. 101129236 – DigiUni – ERASMUS-EDU-2023-CBHE) is an important step towards uniting efforts of Ukrainian and European universities to create a sustainable and effective educational ecosystem that will meet modern challenges and needs of society.

The project was launched in December 2023. It brings together experts from ten leading Ukrainian institutions (Kyiv, Kharkiv, Sumy, Lviv, Kherson), as well as representatives of the Ukrainian Ministry of Education and Science and the National Agency for Higher Education Quality Assurance. International partners include universities from the Czech Republic, Germany, France, Spain, and Poland.
