Representative of the International Affairs Department of Sumy State University Olena Gorobchenko presented the University experience of implementing of international credit mobility programs on the seminar on April 10th-12th in Warsaw. It was organised by the National Agency Erasmus+ in Poland and National Erasmus+ Office in Ukraine.

Olena Gorobchenko gave recommendations and tips to those who start introducing mobility programs in the university and outlined challenges that university must cope with for successful implementation of such programs. The event was participated by the representatives of higher education institutions and Erasmus+ offices from Poland, Ukraine, Georgia, Moldova and Kosovo.

During the event the participants exchanged the experience of international credit mobility implementation in the universities – partners search, preparation of successful application, instant organization of incoming and outcoming mobility of students and university staff, results recognition and assurance of mobility projects results sustainability, and had an opportunity to establish international partnership aimed at the development of academic mobility programs.
