Sumy State University will present the largest team of participants among Ukrainian higher education institutions at the 2022 European University Games

The national teams of Sumy State University athletes left for the Polish city of Lodz, where the 2022 European University Games will be held from July 14 to 30.

The competition brings together 5,000 participating athletes from 40 countries in 20 sports. Ukraine will be represented by 234 athletes, 44 of them are students of Sumy State University, which is the largest number among all higher education institutions of Ukraine.

Our students are experienced and highly qualified athletes who will compete for prizes in such sports as classical volleyball, beach volleyball, beach handball and judo.
