SumDU student is a bronze medalist of the European Judo Cup

The European Junior Cup competition took place in Poland. Anastasia SUPERSON, a first-year SumDU student in Physical and Occupational Therapy, won a bronze medal.

In the lightest weight category (up to 48 kg), our student started with two victories. She defeated rivals from the Netherlands and Germany. In the semifinals, Anastasiia lost to an athlete from Azerbaijan. In the bronze medal match, she defeated another judoka from the Netherlands.

In total, the Ukrainian national team won 9 awards at the European Cup in Poznan and took the 4th place in the team standings.
