Roman MOSKALENKO (the Deputy Director of the SumDU Medical Institute, a researcher at the SUMEYA Ukrainian-Swedish Research Center) prepared an article for the American periodical “Microscopy Today”.

In the article “Life and Science Go on No Matter What ...” he spoke about situation of scientific border institutions, working conditions, grant laboratory support. Also, assistance in the SumDU work of scientists from administration and motivation to stay in Sumy were covered.

“All of us had an opportunity to move to safer research institutions, including those abroad. But we decided to stay and continue our work in our homeland because we unconditionally believe in a better future for Ukraine, Ukrainian science and ourselves”, – said Roman MOSKALENKO.
