The results of remote art competitions in which creative teams of the SumDU Art Center took part have been summarized.

The Mykola Lysenko International Art Competition “Oh, Play, Musicians!”, supported by the Ministry of Culture and Strategic Communications of Ukraine, brought together over a thousand young musicians from all over Ukraine. Our students, members of the Contemporary Song Choir (directed by Olha BONDARENKO), presented the Ukrainian folk song “Shchedryk”. They won the first place in the Academic Singing nomination.

At the International Art Project “Polska Rapsodia” (Wroclaw, Poland), the members of the student choir of contemporary songs received the highest marks from the jury. They won the Grand Prix!

The International Art Competition “Star Space” (Kyiv) invited the dance group “S&P” to participate (headed by Liudmyla KRAMINSKA). Our dancers competed in the Street Dance nomination and won the first place.

The KIYV-TORONTO Festival of Creativity, which was attended by about 500 participants, was a victory for the Feieria Dance Theater (led by Svitlana BONDARENKO). Their dance composition “Don’t Let Go” was awarded the Grand Prix. Daria KLIUIEVA, a freshman of the IFSK Faculty, won the third place in the Pop Vocal nomination.
