During the week, active recovery work continued at the Congress Center and Academic Building 2 of Sumy State University. The objects had been damaged by a missile strike on 13 April 2025.

A number of important measures were taken on the Congress Center territory:

• Further work on roof covering;
• Construction debris removing;
• Basement reinforcement for safe dismantling;
• Closure of window openings.

In Academic Building 2, we cleaned and removed remains of construction debris.

On Friday, we received 24 windows. They will be installed since Monday.

Gradual but purposeful restoration continues thanks to university unity and support of partners. Each contribution brings us closer to the common goal – return of full-fledged functioning of the educational and scientific infrastructure.
