The Constitution Day symbolizes our fundamental rights to freedom, dignity, security; right to live, work, and create in our homeland. It is about an opportunity to raise children, achieve dreams, and rejoice in each new day.

Along with our rights, our responsibilities come – to our country, our children, our families, and ourselves. Every day, Ukrainians conscientiously fulfill these responsibilities, each in their own place. We demonstrate strength of spirit, endurance, and a desire for justice. It is our struggle for freedom and democratic values that has become an example for the whole world.

The difficulties we are going through do not break us. They make us stronger, unite us around a common goal: the victory of truth and goodness. And we will surely win thanks to our unity, perseverance, and love for our native land!

Let us honor the Constitution, abide by the law, and respect the rights of everyone! This is our common path forward.

Today, more than ever, we realize the importance of protecting human dignity and freedom. And it is the educators, scientists, and students of SumDU who are creating future of the legal democratic Ukraine every day.

I wish everyone peace, unity, unbreakable spirit, and faith in our strength. May the Constitution of Ukraine be a guide on the path to a bright future for our country.
