The blue-yellow flag is not only a state symbol, but also personification of our freedom, dignity and national unity. Under its colors, the Ukrainian people fought for the right to their own state, defended independence and protected native land in the most difficult times of our history.

The yellow field is our fertile lands, boundless fields of wheat, a symbol of prosperity and peaceful life. The blue sky is a purity symbol of thoughts, peace and faith in a bright future. Together, they remind us that we are part of a great and invincible nation.
