New educational center opened at SumDU in cooperation with Brocoders Company

On February 1^st, an educational center with the assistance of BROCODERS LLC was officially opened in the “N” academic building of Sumy State University. The center is equipped with modern computer and multimedia facilities, its task comprises implementing training and retraining of students and specialists in jointly created certification programs, promoting education, research and application development in the field of web-development and stationary applications.

The symbolic ribbon on the occasion of the opening was cut by the First vice-rector of SumDU Vasyl Karpusha and co-founders of the company Rodion Salnyk and Andrii Konoplenko. They signed the cooperation agreement which prompts professional counseling and self-determination of students at the center, taking into account the recommendations of Brocoders’ specialists regarding the structure and content of the training programs in the disciplines “Reengineering and Verification of Software”, “Design of Web-Oriented Information Systems”, “Operating Systems and System Programming”, “Databases and Information Systems”, “Programming” and other IT-disciplines.

Congratulating the partners, Vasyl Karpusha mentioned: “It is especially gratifying when university graduates launch companies and come to their alma mater with offers of cooperation. For the Faculty of Electronics and Information Technology it is the 6^th educational center created in cooperation with IT-companies and it’s a great opportunity for quality training and employment for students”.

Anastasiia Borysenko, the Deputy Student Dean of the Faculty of Electronics and Information Technology noted that students appreciate the unique opportunities created by the university to receive free of charge training in modern IT-centers from the leading companies. She called Brocoders’ new training space comfortable and inspiring.

Today the company has 2 offices in Sumy and about 70 employees: developers, managers, QA, sales and marketing department.
