On February 4, Sumy State University was visited by Shai FINKELSTEIN, Chief Executive Officer of the company ”World Academic Online”, Israel.
On January 28, Sumy State University hosted a final meeting within the framework of the international accreditation assessment of the education and training program "Medicine" of the higher education second level (Magister’s Degree) conducted by the Independent Agency for Accreditation and Rating (Kazakhstan) and the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education.
As per the updated results of the Webometrics ranking, Sumy State University has retained its position in the top three Ukrainian universities together with Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University and Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute.
Webometrics has published the first edition of its subsidiary Transparent Ranking in the new year, which will be included in the main rating.

On January 19, Sumy State University hosted an official meeting with representatives of design and supervision consulting companies within the framework of the project “Higher Education in Ukraine”.

The academic and research laboratory of virtual (VR) and augmented reality (AR) “Ulab” has been operating at Sumy State University for two years. It was created for the use of immersive technologies in the educational process (or the integration of virtual content into the physical environment).
