As per the results of the February 2022 version of the world Transparent Ranking from Webometrics, SumDU Repository is the first among the institutional repositories of Ukraine in terms of the number of documents indexed by Google Scholar (61,700). Our repository is on the 35th place among 3,751 institutional repositories of the world and on the 45th place among 3,885 repositories of the world.
On February 4, at the staff conference, the results of Sumy State University activities of 2021 were summed up and the development plan was determined for 2022.
On February 4, Sumy State University was visited by Shai FINKELSTEIN, Chief Executive Officer of the company ”World Academic Online”, Israel.
On January 28, Sumy State University hosted a final meeting within the framework of the international accreditation assessment of the education and training program "Medicine" of the higher education second level (Magister’s Degree) conducted by the Independent Agency for Accreditation and Rating (Kazakhstan) and the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education.
As per the updated results of the Webometrics ranking, Sumy State University has retained its position in the top three Ukrainian universities together with Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University and Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute.
Webometrics has published the first edition of its subsidiary Transparent Ranking in the new year, which will be included in the main rating.
The Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Estonia to Ukraine visited SumDU
On January 28, Sumy State University hosted the delegation from Estonia chaired by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Estonia to Ukraine Kaimo KUUSK.
On January 26, the process of the International Accreditation Assessment of the educational and training program "Medicine" of the second level (Master's Degree) of higher education within the joint pilot project of the Independent Agency for Accreditation and Rating (Kazakhstan), the National Agency for Higher Education Quality Assurance, and Sumy State University was started.
On January 19, Sumy State University hosted an official meeting with representatives of design and supervision consulting companies within the framework of the project “Higher Education in Ukraine”.
From the beginning of 2022, students and future entrants of Sumy State University have the opportunity to study on a special online course "Basic rules of safety in the digital environment."
