As a SumDU partner, Jagiellonian University (Kraków, Poland) organized the training course on recognition of education and academic mobility. It was done within the Erasmus+ project “QUARSU: Qualifications Recognition Support for Ukrainian Universities”.

Bohdan BORKOVSKYI (a Medical Institute student) became the bronze winner at the World Junior Biathlon Championship. As a Ukrainian team member, he participated in the youth relay race.

SumDU participated at the University Resilience School. On 11-12 March 2023, it was held by the Kyiv School of Economics and supported by the Alliance of Ukrainian Universities.

After a year of the full-scale Russian aggression, University of Liverpool summarized its work results with Sumy State University. Also, future plans were defined.

On 1-3 March 2023, the second workshop (dedicated to the higher education sustainable development) took place in Kaunas, Lithuania. It is regarded as a part of the Baltic University Program.

SumDU received a letter from University of Liverpool. Its administration supports Ukraine on the anniversary day of the Russian full-scale invasion. Also, the further joint work is planned.

Sumy State University (Ukraine) and Münster University of Applied Sciences (Germany) coordinate the DAAD project “THEA Ukraine X/Cohort II”.

On 24-26 February, The Open International Sambo Tournament for adults and youth (Cyprus 2023) took place in the city of Larnaca.

Follow-up Cooperation Training for Ukraine on Issue-Specific Training “Industrial Technology Education” (an international grant project) had been finished. It was funded by the Japan International Cooperation Agency and ESD Consortium in Aichi.
