Congratulations of the Sumy State University rector on the Knowledge Day and new academic year start
Dear students, lecturers and employees!
I sincerely congratulate our large university family on the Knowledge Day and new academic year start.
On August 31, with the support of the director of the Ukrainian State Center for International Education Olena SHAPOVALOVA, an online meeting was held between Sumy State University rector Vasyl KARPUSHA and representatives of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
The positive news for Sumy State University is received again from the European Commission. The new project of the Ukrainian-Swedish Research Center SUMEYA and the Biomedical Research Center received funding within the Horizon Europe MSCA-SE Programme.
The ARGO project “Towards the development of the new antibacterial strategy for dentistry” will be implemented during 2023-2027 and aims to advance the application of nanotechnology in dentistry.
The head of the media content production group of the Sumy State University Media Center, Serhiy MALIUK, took the 2nd place in the main category of the “Ilo-2022” festival. The photo of our photographer illustrates the evacuation from the city of Sumy in March of this year.
The admission campaign continues successfully at Sumy State University. The number of submitted applications almost coincides with the indicators of last year, but applicants still have time to choose a specialty and submit documents to a leading higher education institution, including state-financed. On August 9, the rector of Sumy State University Vasyl KARPUSHA and the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Palestine to Ukraine Mr. Hashem Hasan DAJANI had an online meeting.
On August 6, the online meeting of representatives of Sumy State University with representatives of ESD Consortium Aichi, Japan International Cooperation Agency and industrial companies of Aichi prefecture (Japan) was held.
