From 4 March 2024, students and post-graduate students of Sumy State University will start studying courses under the distance learning program with the support of the CERGE-EI Foundation. This became possible thanks to the support of the head of the Department of International Economic Relations, Doctor of Economics, Professor Yuriy Mykolayovych Petrushenko and the director of the CERGE-EI Foundation course program, Ph.D. Danijela Vuletić Čugalj. The training will take place in two terms: from 4 March to 26 April and from 29 April to 21 June 2024.
In cooperation with the foundation “Patients of Ukraine”, Sumy State University received equipment for patients’ rehabilitation. It is a part of the Ukrainian-Swiss project “Rehabilitation of War Trauma”.

Representatives of the UN Development Program visited Sumy State University. They were led by Federica Dispenza (head of the Community Security and Social Cohesion Unit).
The meeting comprised university members, the Department of Social Population Protection, veteran community, civilians. Particular attention was paid to the SumDU Veteran Development Center and medical services for former soldiers.
